Terms of Service

1. The service

FDKEY ("we", "us") provides an AI-agent verification API at api.fdkey.com and a customer dashboard at app.fdkey.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you sign up.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use FDKEY to facilitate fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or any attempt to bypass another service's security controls without authorization. Don't try to extract our puzzle inventory, scrape challenges, or reverse-engineer our scoring distributions.

4. API keys

You're responsible for keeping your API keys secret. If a key is compromised, rotate it immediately from the dashboard. We're not liable for damages arising from misuse of leaked keys.

5. Pricing & billing

The free tier includes a published monthly request quota. If we introduce paid tiers, terms will be presented at upgrade time. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing prepaid periods are honored.

6. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice except where immediate action is required (e.g. ongoing abuse).

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that scoring will be accurate for every model class. Don't use FDKEY as the sole guard against catastrophic loss — combine with your own application logic.

8. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FDKEY accepts no liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill. The service is used at your own risk.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Prague.

10. Changes

Everything in these terms — pricing, features, acceptable use, this policy itself — is subject to change at any time, with or without notice. We'll do our best to email material changes, but continued use of the service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
